About

Harvard University has had quite the resurgence in the past few years when it comes to the sports world. But it shouldn’t come as too much of a shock. Many of sport’s’ greatest and time-honored traditions began at this illustrious university. Come along with former professional and Harvard baseball player J.A. “Duff” Gammons as he brings you through the beginnings and successes of Harvard sports during his Sports History Tour.

Come learn the classic traditions of the school’s rowing teams while strolling across the beautiful Charles River at sunset. By the end, the mischievous and wild shenanigans that began the oldest football rivalry in the country will be as vivid in your memory as the beautiful stadium in which they played. Let’s play ball and learn some history with Cambridge Historical Tours’ Sports at Sunset Tour.
